Tommy is enjoying his cake
Hammin' it up!
Having a good time out on the pier Tommy is 2!!! We have had two family parties to celebrate, so he has had the opportunity to enjoy plenty of cake, ice cream and presents. Every present he has received seems to be a favorite, so he is easy to please.
Two years have gone by very quickly. We thank God everyday for blessing our family with Tommy. He brings so much joy to all of us. He is the most expressive kid imaginable. His facial expressions make us laugh all day long. And the way that he talks is a crack up too. I've relearned some of the English language because Tommy only considers final syllables necessary. Just think how much more concise books and blogs would be if we only used final syllables - maybe he's brilliant. Not to mention the way he says things is a deep manly voice - it's hillarious. He loves Spiderman ("man"), Buzz ("Buzz"), Woody ("Hedy"), Lightning McQueen ("een"), Speed Racer ("huz" - I have no idea why), and the Incredibles ("Bulls").
Tommy loves his brother and sisters, and he tolerates them well too. Most of the time, he can be found mimicking their every move. The many good things that he chooses to imitate are not as easy to notice as are the less-frequent not-so-good things he might choose to imitate - those are so obvious. Needless to say, they all keep us very busy, and we are so thankful for that.
